CONDUCT, ELIGIBILITY AND INCLUSION POLICY

1. Player Conduct

All players must treat fellow players, coaches, referees, staff, and spectators with respect and courtesy at all times.

Discrimination, bullying, harassment, or abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or expulsion from the league.

Players must abide by the decisions of referees and league officials without argument or dissent.

Fair play and sportsmanship are expected both on and off the pitch. Cheating or deliberate unsporting behavior may lead to disciplinary action.

Players are responsible for their own belongings. miniLEAGUES is not liable for lost or stolen items.

2. Eligibility

Players must meet the age criteria for the league or division they register for. Age groups are strictly enforced.

Players must complete the full registration process, including submission of accurate personal details.

Only players registered and approved by miniLEAGUES are eligible to participate in matches and events.

If a player is found to be ineligible (e.g., incorrect age, unregistered), the player’s team may forfeit matches or face further sanctions.

Players must inform miniLEAGUES of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their participation or require special consideration.

miniLEAGUES reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.

3. Health & Safety

Players must ensure they are physically fit to participate and must notify their team coach or miniLEAGUES staff if they have any injury or condition that could impact safety.

Appropriate footwear and equipment should be worn during matches and training sessions.

Players are encouraged to warm up properly before games and follow all safety guidelines.

In the event of an injury involving blood, play will be stopped immediately.

The injured player must leave the pitch for treatment until the bleeding has stopped and any wounds are properly covered.

All blood-contaminated clothing or equipment must be removed or cleaned before the player can return to play.

Coaches, referees, and staff are trained in safe handling and disposal of contaminated materials in line with health and safety guidelines.

4. Discrimination & Inclusion

miniLEAGUES promotes an inclusive and welcoming environment for all players regardless of race, religion, gender, disability, or background.

Discrimination, bullying, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the league.
