miniLEAGUES Booking Policy

1. Registration & Booking

All players and teams must complete the official registration process via our online platform before participating in any matches or events.

Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received (where applicable).

2. Payment

Payment terms and deadlines will be clearly stated during registration.

Failure to pay on time may result in forfeiture of place in the league or matches.

We accept payments only via Stripe.

3. Substitutions & Squad Size

Teams must adhere to the minimum and maximum squad sizes as defined for each league or competition.

Unlimited substitutions are generally allowed unless specified otherwise.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds will only be issued if the league or event is cancelled by miniLEAGUES.

Player or team cancellations must be notified in writing at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled match or event to be considered for a credit note.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not be eligible for a credit or refund.

Requests made between 24 and 72 hours will be reviewed but may be declined at miniLEAGUES' discretion.

5. Transfers & Team Changes

Transfers between teams or leagues must be approved by miniLEAGUES management.

Teams or players wishing to change divisions or age groups must notify us in advance and meet eligibility criteria.

6. Player Conduct & Eligibility

All participants must follow miniLEAGUES’ Code of Conduct.

Eligibility rules regarding age and registration must be strictly adhered to. Failure to comply may lead to disqualification.

7. Health & Safety

Players participate at their own risk.

miniLEAGUES recommends that players have appropriate insurance and medical clearance to participate.

8. Data Privacy

Personal information collected during booking and registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

9. Changes to the Booking Policy

miniLEAGUES reserves the right to update or modify this booking policy at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
